    ORDERS

    MIDI uses PayPal which accepts most any credit cards or debit cards. PayPal keeps your payment information secure. PayPal serves as a protection for you as the buyer and for us as a seller.

    DELIVERY

    Generally orders are shipped within 5 to 10 business days excluding holidays and custom orders.

    MIDI will determine the best way to get your product (s) to you. We proudly deliver within the 48 states and Canada. Some products are shipped from locations offering UPS, Fed Ex, and other shipping freight companies via common carrier truck lines. All estimated shipping dates are subject to delays caused by; civil insurrection, war, fire, strikes, labor stoppages, acts of God, or any other factor or cause beyond Sellers control; none of which factors or cause shall give rise to any liability on Seller’s part whatsoever, including loss of use or for any indirect or consequential damages.

    If MIDI does not deliver to your area, MIDI would allow you to use your own shipping method. Please email us with any questions you may have, we’d be happy to help at sales@dollyinnovations.com.

    SHIPPING INFO

    Oversized products that will require Freight Company for shipping to a residential area may be subject to a residential delivery fee up to $100 charged by the freight company. If a lift gate is required to deliver the product (s) there may be a fee charged by the freight company. Locations usually subjected to these fees are farms, construction sites, Churches, strip malls, and Schools.

    RETURN POLICY

    MIDI ships only the best quality products. Thorough inspections are completed in strict compliance with customer orders.
    All returns must be authorized by MIDI. Authorized returns will be subject to a thirty (30 %) percent restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges. Once product (s) are returned, MIDI will inspect product (s) and upon inspection MIDI will refund any remaining balance within three (3) business days of receiving product (s) as long as it meets MIDI return standards.

    Buyer or user shall not alter, modify or use a MIDI product (s) for anything other than its intended function. MIDI shall not in any way be responsible for the consequences of any such alteration, modification or misuse.
    MIDI products are under warranty for a period of six (6) months from date of shipment from MIDI to be free from defects in material and workmanship under correct use, normal operating conditions and proper application. However, most parts can be repaired or replaced and can be ordered. Please email us with any questions you may have, we’d be happy to help at sales@dollyinnovations.com.

    TAX INFORMATION

    Tax rates are determined by the shipping address of an order.
    State laws require MIDI to have exemption certificates from all customers who claim a tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, we are required by law to charge tax from that state its being shipped to.

    If your business qualifies for a tax exemption, a properly completed exemption certificate must be submitted to chrystal@dollyinnovations. Once we have received your exemption certificate(s), your account will be updated and the taxes will be refunded within three (3) business days if purchase was made before receiving completed exemption certificate.

    CUSTOMIZING

    MIDI can take care of any of your hand truck, slab, and cart needs. MIDI can turn your standard or preexisting hand truck (s) into a stair walking hand truck, slab, or cart with our 5 wheel stair walking wheel setup. MIDI can retrofit to your specific application.     Custom orders are non-refundable.

    A down payment of fifty (50%) percent will be due at the time the order is placed. The remaining fifty (50 %) percent will be due when the order is ready to ship. Shipping will be on hold until payment is received. If order is cancelled by customer; customer is responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
